  27. process called "electro-ejaculation".  This method is utilized to obtain sperm
  28. from men who are unable to ejaculate, which can be used in artificial
  29. insemination procedures for their wives.  It is a method long used in
  30. veterinary medicine.  An electrical probe is inserted into the rectum, and an
  31. electrical impulse is used to produce the contractions necessary to expel the
  32. semen.  This semen is then preserved and concentrated and used for
  33. insemination.  It is not a procedure than can be used to aid in intercourse,
  34. and is useful in humans for those individuals whose inability to complete the
  35. sex act is due neurological problems that can be caused by spinal cord injury,
  36. multiple sclerosis or advanced diabetes mellitus, as well as other conditions.
